In the kitchen garden at Stokkøya Strandhotell, guests can leave a handprint. The carbon stored to reduce the hotel's footprint ends up here, among other places!"

The kitchen garden accounts for most of the food served at the hotel and the hotel's beach restaurant. Organic and sustainable soil management are apparent prerequisites for the operation.

All guests who have stored carbon to offset the footprint from their stay are welcome in the kitchen garden. Perhaps you can also leave a handprint!
